SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lancaster Palmdale

The breakfast was the best included breakfast iv had for a long time. They lady running the breakfast was very conscienceious of cleanliness and quality of product. The house keepers did a very good job of keeping things clean and supplied

The hotel was in a great location - easily accessible (and great central location for restaurants and stores), but far enough from the freeway so as not to hear constant traffic noise. The facilities were clean and updated and very homey. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Elizabeth was the first front desk person we encountered, and she was so friendly and didn't judge when she needed to come unplug our toilet within an hour of us checking in. Camilla, in charge of the breakfast bar, was so very thoughtful, making sure my kids had every comfort of home (including changing the TV to a cartoon and offering mini waffles instead of the regular size). We will definitely be staying at Springhill Suites again whenever we are in the area!

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Every interaction was warm and made me feel valued. Staff were eager to make everything run smoothly and were helpful when I needed some extra attention.

I stay at this location quite often my grandsons just love the truffle bed that pulls out from under the couch in the living room The rooms are big and spacious the beds are very comfortable they had a wonderful hot breakfast each morning I was there

They were very accommodating because I had to rent a truck and drop off my race car and trailer while I got that all situated. I ran in to ask if I could drop off the trailer and car while I went to the garage with the truck that broke down and rent a truck that could tow my trailer with the car on it. They let me park it along a curb in a place that didn't block any of the other guests. It was very nice of them to understand the situation that I was in.
